Just a thought - perhaps you should consider keeping the gun/fighter costs the same as present until the effects of the return ratios adjustment are investigated over the course of a war. Thanks for the heads up.

I had it working properly for when a planet was taken (but only to the person doing the taking), but not established or abandoned.
This will be fixed in the next update, and it will update all ships in orbit of the planet.
