New features in 0.8.7.2

A few changes/additions people might find very useful that should be noted:

1) The ships on the right panel now have a right-click context menu for common actions. This includes quickly shooting missiles without changing your target, as well as controlling your probe.

2) I have added a Galaxy Notes window as well as a NOTe command. Using the NOTe <your note here> command will add a timestamped message to the end of your notes. The notes are saved in a text file in <My Documents>\Stellar Emperor\<Ship Number>\<War Name>\GalaxyNotes.txt

3) The Navigate context menu will now place an asterisk next to planets you own for quicker identification. A confirmation dialog was added for any Navigate menu option the causes a sundive.
