0.8.9.0 Update

Stellar Emperor Beta testing. Builds may have a short period of working operation. Gameplay should be mostly stable, but is subject to bug fixes and rebalancing.

Fixes:
  • Ships now properly bounce off the West and South boundaries.
  • Some behind-the-scenes code maintenance involving ships.

well I cant log in again and the New version isnt at the usual site still showing 8.8 please fix..asap.. cant get in :(
