0.8.9.6 Update

Stellar Emperor Beta testing. Builds may have a short period of working operation. Gameplay should be mostly stable, but is subject to bug fixes and rebalancing.

Fixes:
  • Fix an issue when targeting ships & their projectiles.
  • Fix chat/info scrolling issues where it was scrolling to the top after state changes.
  • Update buffer count after dieing (so it doesn't linger in radio room, despite fixing itself upon flight)
  • Update timestamps in Message Center, should correctly show local time now (moving forward).
