Bug Fixes:
Fix drydocking ammo when switching from one cap to another on the imps
Correct Housing Habitability calculation in regards to troops
Fix a bug where two people shooting a person resulting in a kill the second doesn't get an error
Fix a bug where probe wouldn't show on prov map if not moving and changing provs
Allow a player to leave a team while in flight
New Features:
Player/Team handles are now limited to 12 characters (16, twice what Gamestorm allowed was too long/cumbersome)
Add probe's distance to target to PRO STA display
Add ability for a galaxy to grow all unestablished planets as if they were abandonds (will not effect 1 gun/100 troop on est)
Add Habitable Planets Per Star planet library filter
