0.9.1.0 Update

Stellar Emperor Beta testing. Builds may have a short period of working operation. Gameplay should be mostly stable, but is subject to bug fixes and rebalancing.

Bug Fixes:
  • ALT+Hotkey when not in hotkey mode now triggers as a command instead of to your selected input method.
New Features:
  • New Talk & Issue Command buttons while in hotkey mode with popup windows.
  • Planetary Management back-end communications update, please let me know if you experience issues!
