Hello all.

Stellar Emperor Beta testing. Builds may have a short period of working operation. Gameplay should be mostly stable, but is subject to bug fixes and rebalancing.

It seemed just when I was getting a grasp of the PM side of the game life took me in another direction. I'm looking forward to jumping back into this game. Cya when I cya.
