BUG: Right Panel target info disappears after Data is shown

The right panel display shows query information. overwriting the target data for a set amount of time than disappears. After it does this, anything that is on screen and is not moving does not get updated on the right side (probes, ships, etc). Once you or one of the objects in your ranges moves, the targeting data is only then updated.
