Due to feedback from players, and the lack of incoming new bug reports, the next beta war (beta war 3) will be enforced as a mule-free war. Each unique player will only be allowed one account. I feel the game has become quite stable, and the testing needed is being handled without needing multiple accounts to test.

There will be both automatic and manual enforcements in place.

Have no issue with this ruling - never had a mule account myself, and when PMA was active last century, never knowingly permitted mule accounts on PMA - but, at the same time you enforce this rule, would maybe like to see the availability of additional planets - say 7,8, or 9 planets, with 6 scoring at endgame. This would permit space for dedicated gun, troop and/or shipbuilding planets, and perhaps an open planet to build stagers and occupy desired "enemy" planets for those so inclined to such warlike pursuits.
