Autodump is in and on by default.

When your temperature reaches red, it will place a DUM command in the first command queue spot. By default, it will dump enough fuel to get your temperature back to 1570 (normalized).

If you want it to dump a custom amount when reaching red temperatures, use ADM ON,<Amount to dump>

Very nice. Now how likely is it that I will be hearing " Hull Damage is critical sir " during battle ? Either in the voice of "Data" from Star Trek or the girl from progressive insurance?

There will be a sound for receiving a critical damage hit in the future, as well as other sounds (but not in the voices of your favorite copyrighted characters).
