Beta War 3 Rule Changes

Below are the expected rule changes for Beta War 3 which will be starting on Nov 15th
Rules that are certain:
Note: The current non-blackhole ratios will remain unchanged for the current Beta 2 war for consistency and fairness purposes.
Rules that are certain:
- No mules - will be enforced.
- 2048 Star, 49 Prov galaxy
- 6 Player teams
- 7 Planets per player, 6 scoring
- Adjusted return ratio for non-blackhole planets * (see description below)
- Alliance drops & Troop trading will remain enabled
- 7 Wormhole pairs (minimum distance adjusted to reflect smaller galaxy size)
- Improved default PM settings for all planets
- Starspace accleration of all non-scout ships has been adjusted to match their hyperspace acceleration rates (previously, all ships followed the scout acceleration rate in starspace)
- Due to corrected non-blackhole ratios, Gun/Fighter costs may be returned to defaults of 100 for Fighters, 150 for Guns. This is open for input/debate.
