Bug Fixes:

• Hydro is no longer active when agriculture & standing food supply are sufficient
• Fix a web error when joining a galaxy for the first time
• Fix handling of macros when not in command mode
• Fix a bug were planet temperatures were displayed incorrectly
• Fix an issue where PRO had SEA upon initial launch when it should not have
• Attempt to fix a bug where players could end up being both in hyperspace and on an unknown planet
• Force a new ship list send from server when the client has an issue drawing/updating a ship
